Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do ship internationally. We have 3 international shipping options for most countries;

  • International Air (untracked) – 3 – 10 working days
  • International Courier (tracked) – 2 – 6 working days
  • International Express Courier (tracked) – 1 – 5 working days

How do I track my order?

After your purchase you will be sent a CourierPost tracking code and a link to track it.

For tracked international orders you will receive a tracking code and a link to track your order.

How do I return a product?

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return please send it back to us at with your order number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

2 working days for orders within New Zealand.

For international orders the duration depends on the shipping method and proximity to New Zealand:
