Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship internationally. We have 3 international shipping options for most countries:
- International Air (untracked) – 3 – 10 working days
- International Courier (tracked) – 2 – 6 working days
- International Express Courier (tracked) – 1 – 5 working days

How do I track my order?
After your purchase you will automatically be sent a New Zealand post tracking code and a link to track it.

How do I return a product?
Our return policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return please send it back to us at with your order number.

Order Number: ________Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

How long will it take to get my order?
All orders are shipped from Auckland within 1 working day of purchase.
North Island deliveries typically arrive 2-3 days after purchase.
South Island 2-4, and an extra day is generally required for rural deliveries.For international orders the duration depends on the shipping method and proximity to New Zealand:

Are all Biosphere products tested for purity and safety?
Yes. Firstly each individual ingredient we use has to be tested and comes with a certificate of analysis.
Then to verify the supplied ingredients, our final product before being packed is tested for heavy metals and contaminants, as well as to make sure all our label claims are accurate. -
