Free on NZ orders over $99. Under that it is a flat $4.95, shown at checkout before you pay.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 10am on a business day are shipped the same business day from Auckland. Everything else ships within one business day. Weekend and public holiday orders go out on the next business day.
How long will it take to arrive?
Auckland and the main centres are usually one to two working days after dispatch. Rural and South Island addresses can take a little longer.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout for your address.
Where is my tracking?
We email tracking as soon as your order leaves us.

How do I start a return?
Send us a message through the contact form with your order number and we will sort it. Returns go back to 72A Apollo Drive, Rosedale, Auckland 0632. Put your order number in with them.

How do I change, pause or cancel?
Any time from your account, with no phone call and no waiting on us. Changes made before your next billing date apply to that order.
Can I swap what is in my subscription?
Yes. Swap the flavour, swap to a different product, add products or remove them. Your subscription is yours to shape.
The products
Can I take more than one Biosphere product together?
Generally yes. They are formulated to work alongside each other. Dose each one as directed on its own label.
Can I take these alongside medication?
We can answer questions about our formulas, doses and how to take them. We cannot give medical advice. If you are on prescription medication or managing a health condition, check with your doctor or pharmacist before starting any supplement.
Why are your products more expensive?
Two reasons, and they are really the same reason. The doses are real, and the forms are the good ones. A lot of supplements are formulated to a price point, which means a small amount of a cheap form of an ingredient. It costs less to make, and you feel nothing when you take it. We would rather charge more and have it work.

Yes. We are in 150+ stores across New Zealand, including Hardy's and Health 2000. The store locator will find your closest.
