Refund policy

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds

Our 60-day money-back guarantee covers the price you paid for the product. Original shipping charges are not refundable. If your order shipped free, nothing is deducted.

Unopened products: please return the product to the address above with your order number. Once we've received it, we'll email to confirm and refund the product price to your original payment method within a few days.

Damaged or faulty products: if your product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with your order number and a photo, and we'll send you a replacement.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
