When should I take my Magnesium supplement?
We recommend you take it within an hour or so after a meal so that the minerals are absorbed with food nutrients as our body expects them. In the evening after dinner to aid the relaxation process before sleep is optimal.
Is Magnesium suitable during pregnancy?
Yes
Is this Magnesium safe for children?
Yes. Best to mix a full sachet in a glass of water and split it accordingly. Perfectly fine to leave a partial glass in the fridge overnight.
Ages 8-13 – Take half a sachet

Can I take this Magnesium supplement every day?
Yes. We’ve designed this magnesium to contain no nasty ingredients that would negatively impact your health over the long term.
Does this Magnesium cause loose bowl movements?
Magnesium in therapeutic dosages found in this product can cause loose stool in people with sensitive stomachs. We've used forms of magnesium that are easy on the stomach but in rare cases some people will still have loose stool. To avoid this, make sure you have food in your stomach when you take the magnesium and reduce the dose. Work your way back up to a full dose as your body adjusts to it.
