I find the products works for me as others used my stomach with hve ibs reflux and no colon only hve small bowel niw as had surgery so it’s hard to find something that furdnt upset me snd thus is a til outfit snd highly recommend to people with ibs reflux or lactose issues no uoset tjl anymore .

I’m using this while I am laid up after ankle surgery and not really feeling like eating much. I like the taste, it’s tangy and not sweet.
