This magnesium is almost magic, I have had hip pain for several years and 5 weeks in it had totally gone.
Unfortunately its a little hard on my stomach so have had to cut down the dose to half, I can just feel my hip pain a little again with the half dose.
I will try supplementing the half dose with Astaxanthin next order.

I hadnt been sleeping well for ages, I'd wake up and find it so hard to go back to sleep. I think the Magnesium has made a difference to my sleep. Elemental magnesium is definitely superior to other magnesium designed for sleep and other things. Hi it is to strong for me and just makes me go to the toilet in the middle of the night. Tried it with food as advised same issues (reduced amount) i was wondering if i could exchange the full tub for the sleep tub (which i thought this was supposed to help with) as this has made no deference to mine at all otherwise just a waste of money.
